Details
Scope: Development of the Second Commercial Area, includes the construction of a two-story parking with a total build up area of 4222 m². The scope includes crowded concrete flooring and special interior paint. The project also covers parking accessories such as column corner guards, rubber speed bumps, wheel stoppers, reflective parking paint, as well as electrical and mechanical systems, and boom barriers. Additionally, it includes external parking, sidewalks, and asphalt roads, along with both internal and external signage, gates, and guard rooms.

مشروع تطوير المنطقة التجارية الثانية، يتضمن إنشاء مواقف سيارات مكونة من طابقين بمساحة إجمالية 4222 م². يشمل المشروع أرضيات خرسانية مصبوبة ودهان داخلي مقاوم لعوادم السيارات. كما يتضمن المشروع إكسسوارات المواقف مثل واقيات زوايا الأعمدة، المطبات المطاطية، أوقاف العجلات، دهان عاكس للمواقف، بالإضافة إلى الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية، والبوابات الكهربائية. كما يشمل المواقف الخارجية، الأرصفة، الطرق الإسفلتية، بالإضافة إلى اللوحات الإرشادية الداخلية والخارجية، البوابات، وغرف الحراسة.
